Donald Trump has once again taken aim at US late night TV host Jimmy Kimmel declaring “people are angry”.
Kimmel is once gain in the White House’s cross hairs after he made a joke on his show that Melania Trump was a “glowing … expectant widow”.
On Thursday, US time, the US said the “seriously unfunny” Kimmel’s sacking “better be soon”.
Mr Trump will be briefed on Thursday in the White House by his military advisers amid reports that he is considering a “short and powerful” resumption of military action on Iran in the hope of forcing Tehran to negotiate.
Meanwhile, King Charles will once again visit the White House – his third trip in four days – for an official goodbye from the US president. During his speech to Congress the King talked dup US-UK relations, NATO and aid to Ukraine – all topics Mr Trump has been shaky on.
