Selections based on a soft track.

Race 1

8. Zing To Me is a talented Capitalist mare that has five seconds to her name from eight starts. She ran home well at this track when a resuming second behind Manukau and should have derived benefit from that effort. She’s from a form stable and looks poised to break through. 6. Plume made her race debut in the same race Zing To Me contested last time out and ran a creditable fourth. She looks to have the talent to be able to give this a shake. 5. My Proclama has been placed in all four of her starts to date with two seconds and two thirds. She resumes here after two trials and won the latest of them at Warwick Farm. Expect her to be in the thick of things again. 3. All Saints ran well enough when second at this track when last produced and warrants respect on that effort.
How to play it: Zing To Me WIN.

Race 2

5. Waerea had two starts last September and October and finished second in each of them at this track. He hit the line in each of those runs and has had two trials leading into this return to racing. He can return with a victory. 11. Coco Dior resumed from a spell with a solid fourth at Canterbury and she only needs to run up to that to be hard to beat against these. 8. She’s A Dame ran home well late when third at Gosford when first-up from a spell and warrants respect, while 4. Barrengarry ran fourth at Nowra on debut and resumes here after one trial.
How to play it: Waerea WIN.

Race 3

4. Bugatte was midfield on debut at Warwick Farm in October and then had a break before resuming with a fourth on the Beaumont track at Newcastle after two trials. He will be better for that hit-out and has the benefit of an apprentice allowance in this. 3. Amalfi Coast is on debut after a number of trials and has the grounding to run a bold race here after a latest third in a Warwick Farm hit-out. 11. Chispa ran second in the same race Bugatte contested last time out and should run a forward race again, while 1. El Qasabi ran well when a last start second at Wyong and has been placed in four of six starts.
How to play it: Bugatte EACH WAY.

Race 4

3. Tavolo comes into this after a last start fourth behind stablemate Craving Magic in a Federal at Canberra. He’s a winner of five from 24 with a further four placings and can bounce back to winning form. 5. Exceed Perfection ran well when fourth at this track when last produced and should be prominent from the good draw. 6. Mah Ali hasn’t been far away in her four most recent runs and warrants thought, while 2. Belleistic Kids can improve on a last start Bega Cup effort.
How to play it: Tavolo WIN.
