Travis Kelce proudly takes the reference of his love!
The NFL star, who got engaged to Taylor Swift back in August 2025, was calm and unbothered when the “Opalite” singer was referred to as his spouse.
During a recent episode of his and brother Jason Kelce’s ‘New Heights’ podcast, Travis was discussing his prospects on the basketball court with University of Cincinnati Bearcats Head Coach Jerrod Calhoun.
Travis jokingly said that he had “one semester left of eligibility” for the college league.
In response, Jerrod said, “We’ll get you a good NIL [name, image and likeness] deal, man.”
“You gotta ask your wife,” he added, referring to Taylor.
Though the Travis and he ‘Fate of Ophelia’ singer are currently planning their wedding, they are not married yet.
Travis, in response, smiled at the comment and teasingly said, “‘Sweetie, I’m going back to school.’”
The three-time Super Bowl champion recently announced that he is making his return as the Kansas City Chiefs tight end for the upcoming season of the NFL after a brief break that sparked retirement rumors.
He said on ‘The Pat McAfee Show’ about his return, “I’m not gonna lie, it was pretty short and brief. The Chiefs knew where I was the entire time on it.”
Travis admitted he needed some time to let the emotions settle down after his team lost in the last season.
