Ex-AFL player Ryan Crowley, 42, will face trial after denying he threatened and assaulted his former girlfriend, Married At First Sight star Lauren Dunn.
Mr Crowley is accused of several domestic violence-related offences against Ms Dunn that occurred in 2019, 2020 and 2025, including threats to kill, assault and being armed or pretending to be armed in a way that may cause fear.
Six charges, including choking, assault and endangering the life, health or safety of a person, were remitted to the Magistrates Court on Tuesday for a trial allocation date.
Mr Crowley had earlier pleaded not guilty to 13 charges earlier in March.
On Tuesday, the court was told a three-day trial was due to take place in the Perth Magistrates Court.
A future court date is expected to be set when Mr Crowley’s matter returns to court on October 13.
Crowley was drafted with the Fremantle Dockers in 2002 appearing in 188 games with the club, kicking 117 goals and earnt a Life Member status.
He was suspended for one year after testing positive to a banned substance in 2015 and spent one season with the Essendon Bombers before retiring.
Dunn appeared in season 11 of MAFS in 2024.
