Selections based on a good track.

Race 1

4. Miles Of Glory is a well-bred I Am Invincible mare that has a win and three placings from eight starts and has finished in the minor money in two of her three runs back from a spell. She was only just run down at Gosford when last produced and looks ideally placed to break through with another victory in this. 3. Knowing Look resumed from a lengthy spell with a solid Newcastle win and midfield at Hawkesbury following that. She is worth another chance. 2. Vltava has been racing well for the new stable and is a last-start Newcastle winner. 5. Sunset Belle is a last-start winner at this track and looks to have the talent to run well again.

How to play it: Miles Of Glory WIN.

Race 2

7. She’s A Dame has been placed in six of eight starts and followed a second at this track two starts ago with a third at Newcastle when last produced. She’s drawn to get a good run in this and gets another chance to break through with a win. 5. Thunder Lights ran reasonably well for a last-start third at Taree and has place claims again. 2. Charlie Hustle ran well here last time out and can figure on that, while 4. Sun To Me comes out of the same race and also has claims.

How to play it: She’s A Dame WIN.

Race 3

6. House Of Dragon was on debut at Newcastle earlier this month when finishing fourth. He’s had a trial since then at Randwick to be kept up to the mark and the slight increase in distance should suit. 5. Funshow resumes here and has finished second in each of his three starts to date, the latest being at Newcastle at the end of January. 4. Flying Party has been placed in all three starts and gets a chance to get into the money again from a good draw. 7. I Am Adonis ran well when third on resumption at Rosehill and can figure prominently.

How to play it: House Of Dragon EACH WAY.

Race 4

5. Flying Grey has only had three starts and finished third at Gosford in December before being spelled. She’s had two trials in preparation for this, and a forward showing is on the cards. 2. Dwight has been placed in two of four starts and can get into the minor money again. 1. Classic Two is a former Hong Kong galloper that resumed with a third at Hawkesbury and can show up again. 8. British Gem resumed with a third at Scone and shouldn’t be taken lightly.

How to play it: Flying Grey EACH WAY.

Race 5

5. Capital Illusion had a couple of trials before debuting with a third at Warwick Farm behind a subsequent Saturday city winner. She looks to have the talent to win this. 6. Dolce Vita has had two starts either side of a spell and looks set to improve into this event. 1. Dirty Summer ran second on debut before finishing fourth at Gosford when resuming and this looks suitable. 4. Lady Burlesque is on debut here after two strong trials and bears close watching.

How to play it: Capital Illusion WIN.

Race 6

2. Honey Perfume finally broke through with another win at Canberra when last produced after a string of minor placings. She’s drawn to get the run of the race in this and can go on with the job. 1. Divine Vicky is a stablemate of Honey Perfume and resumed with a solid midfield Gosford effort that she can improve on. 5. Fairway To Heaven followed a Kembla Grange success with a last-start third at Hawkesbury and the form looks strong. 4. Into Brooklyn is a last-start Gosford winner that only missed a place once from seven starts.

How to play it: Honey Perfume WIN.

Jockey Tim Clark.

6. Bruce I Am had a number of trials before making his debut with a win at this track when leading and coming clear for a strong victory. He’s drawn awkwardly but can go on with the job. 4. Poisonous won in good style when resuming at Hawkesbury and backed that up with a fifth at the same track. He can bounce back. 5. Ride The River was a strong winner at Kembla Grange before a midfield Albury effort and has claims again. 3. He’s Cool has a good record at this track and warrants respect.

How to play it: Bruce I Am WIN.

Race 8

2. Easiest Choice is lightly raced and has had three runs since resuming from a spell. She resumed with a Newcastle win before a Kembla Grange fourth then raced on the speed and scored with ease here last time out. She only needs to maintain that form to be hard to beat again. 3. Rebel Rhapsody resumed with a seventh of eight at this track and should be improved by the run. 5. Bold And Blazen should race on the speed and give plenty of cheek. 7. Red Rags To Bulls was midfield in a Highway at Randwick when last produced and can be thereabouts with a repeat.

How to play it: Easiest Choice WIN.

Best Bets: Race 1 (4) Miles Of Glory.

Race 6 (2) Honey Perfume.

Best Value: Race 4 (5) Flying Grey.
