Taylor Frankie Paul is dishing on why she is not taking a break from social media to heal after her alleged domestic violence case involving ex Dakota Mortensen was disclosed by prosecutors.

A day after the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star reflected on her dismissed case, she shared a screenshot of a comment of her fan to her Instagram stories, and shared a “friendly reminder” for those who may think she should “heal off of social media.”

The comment posted by the follower on her TikTok account read, “Do your healing off of social media.”

The TV personality did not hold back and replied, “That sounds like the reasonable answer, however I will be doing the opposite. I’ll continue sharing on social media showing how ugly healing truly can be.”

She explained, “Making and editing videos is my way of processing just like people like to write into a journal.. this is my way and I choose to share it.

“Saying this with love, most people would need to get off and so understandable [bandaged heart emoji] I’m not most,” Taylor concluded.

This came just a day after Taylor reflected on the “ugly parts” of healing after the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office announced that they had dropped charges against her after two Utah police departments had opened separate domestic violence investigations into alleged altercations between her and her ex-boyfriend in February.
