Kylie Jenner recalls fear of telling mom Kris about first pregnancy at 19

Kylie Jenner revealed she was afraid to tell her parents, Kris Jenner and Caitlyn Jenner, about her first pregnancy in her teenage years.

The Kylie Cosmetics founder made a recent appearance on Jake Shane’s Therapuss podcast and shared that she freaked out after finding out that she was pregnant with her first kid at the age of 19.

”I was freaking out. I was really scared to tell my parents. I was really scared,” she told the host.

Though the make-up mogul’s parents did not get “mad,” she was keen about becoming a parent even if no one would have supported her at the time.

Kylie said, “There was something just inside of me that knew that I wanted to do this, and I had to make a decision for myself.

”And even if I have to do this alone, or however, this is the choice that I’m going to make.”

For those unversed, Kylie was 20 when she gave birth to daughter Stormi, who is now eight years old. She is also mom to son Aire, born in 2020.

The TV personality shares both of her kids with ex boyfriend Travis Scott, whom she dated on and off from 2017 to 2023. She is currently dating actor Timothee Chalamet.

Elsewhere in the conversation, she also reflected on complications she faced while pregnant with her son Aire.

Kylie recalled that she was unable to walk at the 12th week of pregnancy due to severe sciatica and back pain.

She noted, “I had crazy sciatica pain and crazy lower back pain.”

And in the last two and a half months, she was placed on bed rest after doctors discovered she was three centimeters dilated.

“Lots of things were happening with my vagina. I was three centimeters dilated for like a month and a half, two months, the baby was falling out,” she explained.
