Kim Kardashian just admitted that she takes 35 pills a day in her quest to stay healthy and look good.
The Kardashians star has confessed she takes a lot of supplements as part of her wellness journey and she struggles with “pill fatigue” which led her to ditch fish oil but she’s had to get it back into her routine again.
During an appearance on Amy Poehler’s Good Hang podcast, Kim explained, “I take, probably, 35 supplements a day… I spread them out three times a day…”
She continued, “I thought, okay, I can’t do this fish oil anymore. I have pill fatigue. I have to stop these fish oil [supplements]. [Then] I got my bloodwork, and it was so evident that I stopped and I had to start again.”
Kim went on to admit she would rather have a daily IV drop than take so many pills, adding: “The pills are just so big! I wish there were an IV drip I could do every day, and I would just do it on my way to work,” the fashion brand, SKIMS owner added.
She also revealed she has regular scans to check her bone density along with her mother Kris Jenner and all of her sisters.
“I actually know a portable DEXA scan person that comes in a van and you lay down. Each one of my sisters and my mom – we all live in the same gated community – so we have the van drive by and we all jump in the van and you just lay down and it scans your body maybe like three minutes,” Kim explained.
“And, it tells you all about your bone density,” she said.
During an episode of her reality TV show The Karashians, which aired last year, Kim revealed she’d undergone a full-body MRI scan to check her health and it picked up a minor brain aneurysm.
Kim revealed at that time, “I did a Prenuvo scan, and they called me today, and they’re like, ‘Everything looks great. But you have an aneurysm in your brain’. They’re like, ‘It’s been there for like years. It was here a few years ago’.”
She later opened up about the health issue during an appearance on Good Morning America, saying, “I did go and get a Prenuvo scan, and I had to end up going and getting tons of other brain scans at Cedars [hospital] with all of the team.”
“It’s just a good measure to go make sure that you always check everything. And health is wealth. You just have to be careful with everything that you do,” Kim Kardashian said of keeping health maintained.
