Khloe Kardashian gets candid about weight loss struggles

Khloe Kardashian has opened up about her long-running health journey.

Speaking with People Magazine, the Kloud founder emphasized that there’s “no magic” when it comes to weight loss.

Khloe said, “You know, for me, working out started from a low place in my life and it wasn’t about trying to be a certain amount on the scale. And it isn’t still, I don’t even own a scale. I don’t look at that.”

“You just have to do what feels good to you. I know it’s super easy to compare yourself to other people, especially with social media. And I’ve been a victim to that, but it feels so good when you are your only competition,” she added.

The reality TV star went on to add, “I get excited when I see certain things on myself and I’m now 41 and I’ve come to realize, okay, we all truly don’t have the same body. There’s no one size fits all. Someone goes to the gym twice a week and they have this incredible body and I might have to fight for mine a little harder. And I also think that’s like a cool thing to brag about. And I think that’s okay to just be on your own race with yourself.”

The Kardashians star noted that you feeling confident within yourself and if you like yourself as a person inside out, only that matters. “And as much as people wanna believe, there is no magic anything, I think we all have to work at something,” Khloe Kardashian said.

She also shared that while there might be some help and assistance, you will have to ” reprogram your brain and feel good about yourself and love yourself before any of those magic things actually do what they’re supposed to do.”
