A hilarious football celebration has gone viral on social media after a young American star shotgunned a beer following his last-gasp winner.
On Sunday, Dallas FC winger Sam Sarver, 23, burst through in the 93rd minute and finished into the bottom corner to hand his side a dramatic 3-2 victory over San Jose.
He immediately appeared to have a pre-prepared celebration as he ushered his teammates onto the advertising board he was sat on.
Things then took a turn when three of them — including Sarver — proceeded to fall off and down onto the ground behind the goal.
Fortunately, none of them appeared hurt as they got back to their feet and climbed onto the pitch.
But there was still time for Sarver to make the moment even more brilliant when he noticed a beer can had been thrown onto the field from the crowd.
He proceeded to pick it up and drink it from a hole that had been made in the side.
Sarver then turned the can and poured the rest of it all over his face, before throwing it in the direction of the camera.
The stunning moment produced quite the reaction online after Dallas tweeted the celebration and added: “The boats are ablaze. ️Sam Sarver the man that you are.”
One fan said: “When are we selling the 3:16 merch for Stone Cold Sam Sarver?”
While another reacted: “10/10 celebration. If it wasn’t for the whistle I think he would have tried to grab another.”
A third added: “Absolutely electric.”
And a fourth said: “Legendary celebration.”
The result moves Dallas up to fifth in the Western Conference, while San Jose miss the opportunity to move top of the table.
They remain behind Vancouver on goal difference having played one game more.
