Sebastian Stan believes the future of America is in danger: Here’s why
Sebastian Stan on America’s future: It’s really bad’

Sebastian Stan is gloomy about the future of America, particularly after who is in charge of the country.

He delivered his remarks during the Cannes Festival, where he was promoting the new movie Fjord.

There, he was asked about his views on his film The Apprentice.

In the movie, the actor famously played Donald Trump.

Now, he is back in the Oval Office. Stan fielded a question about it.

In a gloomy manner, he replied, “I think we’re in a really, really bad place. I really do.”

“And to be honest with you, when you’re looking at what’s happening, right.”

He continues, “If we’re talking about the consolidation of the media, censorship, threats, and the supposed lawsuits that seemingly never end but don’t actually go anywhere.”

Stan also points out attempts by Trump to block The Apprentice before its release.

“You know, the writing was on the wall. We encountered all that with the movie’, he warns.

“Three days before the festival, [we were] unsure if the movie was going to play at the festival.”

“So maybe people are paying attention more to that film; I think it will stand the test of time for that.”

The Marvel star compared his situation at the time with Jimmy Kimmel’s and Stephen Colbert’s.

All three of them went through similar controversies.

“But we went through all of it, right before Jimmy Kimmel and Stephen Colbert and so on. So, I wish it wasn’t like that,” Stan concludes.
