Olivia Rodrigo is giving fans a peek into the playful behind-the-scenes moments of her new music video The Cure.
The 23-year-old pop singer took to her Instagram account on Saturday and shared a series of snaps, revealing the creative process behind her new single, dropped on May 22, in which she portrayed a nurse role.
In the candid post, the first snap showed Olivia’s legs covered in light pink leggings and same colored pumps while a red marked report was placed on the floor in front of her.
The second slide showcased multiple pictures of Olivia lying on a hospital bed, being dragged by nurses while she fasts asleep in a nurse attire.
Olivia wrote in the caption, “more the cure bts thank u guys 4 listening xoxoxox.”
She also gave a look behind her glam up for the video while posing in a hearts shaped mirror while sitting in a vanity room.
Other photos showed medical apparatus props and other tools used during filming for dramatic aesthetic, the Happier singer’s candid snaps from the set, and a shocked Olivia lying on a bed in her pink nurse robe while surrounded by red threads as her team look after other details.
Fans rushed to the comment section to gush over the snapshots, one gushed in the comment section, “I’m in love with all of this.”
Another shared that they can’t get over the song, writing, “It’s literally been on repeat for me idk about y’all .”
”Definitely the song of the year,” a third penned.
The Cure is officially the second single from her upcoming third studio album, You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love, which is set to be released on June 12.
