Katie Price’s husband, Lee Andrews, has sparked new speculation as her messages suddenly delivered to his phone more than a week after his disappearance.

Andrews has been missing for over a week after allegedly cutting off contact with friends and family. Reports claimed he switched off his phone, disabled his location services, and stopped responding to messages, which worried those close to him, including Price.

The situation became even more confusing over the weekend after reports surfaced claiming Andrews had been arrested in Dubai. However, Katie reportedly denied those claims, insisting he was rather kidnapped as he saw his hands tied with cable wires when he managed to Facetime her.

Recent reports say Andrews had been hiding out in a “slightly run-down villa” and was allegedly using a burner phone to stay in touch with a small group of trusted contacts. While his family claimed they had been unable to reach him, a new development suggested one of his devices may now be active again.

A source told The Sun that messages previously sent to Andrews had suddenly switched from a single tick to double ticks on Sunday morning, suggesting the phone had been turned back on and connected again. The source added that Andrews reportedly owns multiple phones, but this particular device now appeared to be in use.

Questions were also raised over Andrews’ recent social media activity. On Saturday, users noticed he had followed an American woman named Mari Sol on Instagram. Before that, Andrews had reportedly only followed Katie Price on the platform.

Mari Sol describes herself online as a biker, Navy veteran, and travel enthusiast. She later said she had never spoken to Andrews and did not know who he was before blocking him.

The incident reportedly upset Price, who had previously believed Andrews was in serious danger. Sources claimed she was left angry and confused after seeing his online activity while fears over his safety remained unresolved.

On the other hand, Andrews’ father, Peter, told Daily Mail that his son was alive and rather arrested in Dubai on an unknown charge.
