Jennifer Aniston has recently opened up about her struggle with anxiety.

The actress, who is currently busy promoting The Morning Show, has revealed what makes her anxious in an exclusive interview with Glamour magazine.

“I even get a little anxious about public speaking, especially over the years of having your words twisted and taken out of context,” admitted the 56-year-old.

Therefore, Aniston shared she “finds” herself “almost hall-monitoring myself in a weird way”.

Reflecting on journalism in the past, the Murder Mystery actress explained that it “used to be gnarly and they wanted to just get you and find something that they can then run forever”.

However, Aniston noted, “You get to a place in life where none of it really matters at the end of the day.”

Elsewhere in the interview, the Friends alum explained why she didn’t attend the Met Gala.

“It overwhelms me. It’s the getting ready, the putting on the dress. I’m a ‘jeans and flip-flops and tank top’ kind of girl,” pointed out the ex-wife of Brad Pitt.

Aniston further said that everyone’s there to “celebrate each other and have some fun, but I get nervous”.

Meanwhile, the We Are Millers also discussed her experience working with Reese Witherspoon.

“That little worker bee. She’s so busy,” continued Aniston.

Looking at her bond with the Legally Blonde actress, Aniston believed that their relationship is like “secondhand”.

“She’s just a sister from another mister in that way, and we trust each other,” added the Bruce Almighty actress.
