Police are investigating after a man was found with gunshot wounds following a crash in Melbourne’s north.Emergency services were called to the Hume Freeway exit and Cooper Street in Epping about 9:30pm following reports of a collision between a car and a truck.On arrival, police discovered that a 23-year-old man had gunshot wounds.
