Brisbane Lions skipper Harris Andrews could be staring down the barrel of time on the sidelines following an errant elbow on Saturday night.
As the Bulldogs exited their defensive 50, a high kick to centre wing saw Arthur Jones soar into the sky before the ball hit the deck.

The Dogs livewire went to hunt the loose ball down as Andrews looked to halt his run by blocking his path.
Andrews quickly looked over his shoulder to see where his opponent was before throwing his left arm out.
Unfortunately for the Lions captain, his left elbow slammed into the face of the Dogs player which turned his lights off instantly.

Jones crashed face first to the turf and remained motionless and training staff rushed out onto the ground.
The game was brought to a standstill for several minutes before Jones got back to his feet and walked off the ground.
Fans watching on were convinced that Andrews was set for a lengthy stint watching on from the stands over the ugly incident.
Mark Gottlieb wrote: “I don’t think there’s any way you can argue that this is what Andrews meant to do, he’s just trying to throw out an arm to block. But the fact is he’s clocked the kid in the face by throwing his arm out wildly like that. He should get a couple of weeks.”
Another wrote: “Harris Andrews getting a nice early holiday by the looks of it.”
A third diplomatically added: “Not really sure how to read that … but that’s gotta be weeks for Harris Andrews right? Clearly high, could very well be intentional, at best it’s reckless.”
A fourth more frustrated fan wrote: “That was absolutely intentional Harris Andrews, that was extremely dirty hope he gets bulk weeks for that.”
The incident overshadowed what was an enthralling contest between the Lions and Dogs that turned into a heavyweight contest.
Momentum swung back and forth throughout the contest like a pendulum before the Lions grabbed the momentum by the scruff of the neck in the third quarter.
After holding a three-point advantage at halftime, the Lions kicked clear to lead by 26 points in the third quarter before the Dogs kicked two goals late in the term.
They then flipped the script as soon as the final term got underway by kicking five of the first six goals before holding on to secure the 16.15 (111) to 15.16 (106) victory.
