Hilary Duff talks about the upsides of having children before marriage.

The 38-year-old actress talks about how her children contributed to her wedding day with husband Matthew Coma.

Speaking on the Tuesday, May 26, episode of The Morgan Stewart Show, Duff shared her thoughts on having children.

“[We] got back together, we were like, ‘We should have a baby,’ which is psycho,” the How I Met Your Father actress told Stewart. “Absolutely psycho. Three weeks later, I think, I was pregnant with Banks.”

Duff shares daughters Banks Violet, 7, Mae James, 5, and Townes Meadow, 2, with Koma.

“We had the baby, got married, which was actually so fun,” Duff recalled, adding that Banks “walked me down the aisle. It was really, really fun. Luca walked Matt down the aisle.”

“I would recommend it to people,” Duff said.
