Fans tried to wind up Ronaldo by repeatedly chanting “Messi, Messi” from the stands.
But the Portugal legend did not look too bothered by the taunting.

The cheeky response quickly went viral on social media, with fans loving the five-time Ballon d’Or winner’s reaction.
Ronaldo, 41, has grown used to hearing Messi’s name shouted at him by opposition supporters in Saudi Arabia.
And this was not the first time Al-Shabab fans have tried to get under his skin.
He was previously banned and fined after making an X-rated gesture towards supporters who had chanted Messi’s name at him in 2024.
But this time round Ronaldo kept things theatrical as he mockingly led the noise from the stands.
The incident came during Al-Nassr’s 4-2 win over Al-Shabab, with Ronaldo scoring as his side continued their push at the top end of the Saudi Pro League.
The veteran forward reached 971 career goals and passed 100 goals for Al-Nassr in the process.
Ronaldo – who will soon play his SIXTH World Cup – joined Al-Nassr in December 2022 after leaving Manchester United for a second time.
Al-Nassr are due to play second-placed Al-Hilal on Tuesday in a top-of-the-table clash as they look to secure their very first title with Ronaldo.
