WA Police are seeking assistance from the public following several altercations over the Easter long weekend with two people charged over separate serious incidents in Northbridge in the early hours of Sunday morning.

At around 1.10am on Sunday morning, Perth detectives allege a man was knocked to the ground before being assaulted on Roe Street and rendered unconscious.

The victim was taken by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital with serious injuries.

Police have charged a 23-year-old man from Sinagra with one charge of endanger life, health or safety of a person and is due to appear at Perth Magistrates Court on Friday.

In a separate incident in Northbridge, Perth detectives allege another man in his 20s was knocked to the ground before being physically assaulted following an altercation between two groups of people on Francis Street at around 2am on Sunday morning.

According to WA Police, the victim was rendered unconscious and taken to Royal Perth Hospital by ambulance with life-threatening injuries.

A 19-year-old from Kenwick has been charged with one charge of grievous bodily harm and was due to appear in court on Monday.

Fremantle detectives are also seeking assistance over an alleged assault that took place in East Fremantle on Thursday.

About 11.20pm, WA Police allege a 26-year-old man was outside a licensed premises on Riverside Road, near the intersection of Andrews Road.

Reports to police indicate an interaction occurred between two males before the 26-year-old victim was assaulted, sustaining head injuries.

Several members of the public rendered assistance to the victim until St John WA arrived and conveyed him to Royal Perth Hospital. He remains in a critical but stable condition.
