A 15-year-old student is dead after shooting a teacher at his high school near San Antonio, Texas, authorities said.
The female teacher – from Hill Country College Preparatory High School in the town of Bulverde – was rushed to the hospital after being shot by the unidentified male student, the Comal County Sheriff’s Office said in a Facebook post without revealing details about the teacher’s condition, The New York Post reported.
Authorities didn’t say what exactly happened to the shooter, only that he “died at the scene.
”The school was evacuated and all other staff and students are safe, the sheriff’s office added.
