Goulburn trainer Danny Williams will reluctantly line up three of his horses against each other at his home track on Thursday when the trio contest the opening event.
Williams will have Manwari, Winning Emotions and Silver Serenade lining up in the Kurrinda Bloodstock Yearlings Available Benchmark 58 Handicap (1100m).

Williams has engaged Blaike McDougall to ride Manwari, apprentice Dale Cole to partner Winning Emotions, and Pierre Boudvillain to be on pre-post TAB Fixed Odds favourite Silver Serenade.
“Look, it’s not ideal to be running all three good chances against each other,” said Williams.
“But it looks like we have to do it in order to get to where we want to be.”
Williams has aspirations that any, or all three, of the gallopers can get to the Evergreen Turf SERA Country Championships Qualifier (1400m) at the Sapphire Coast on March 1.
“They are three nice horses, but I need to get their ratings up to get them into the Country Championships Qualifier,” said Williams.
“There are a couple of Highways coming up after Thursday that they can run in but I’m hopeful they can all run well at Goulburn.
“It wouldn’t surprise me if they can finish in the first three.”
